* We quote a fixed price on all jobs (except tuition) prior to starting work.
* All quotes are based on a low rate of £25+ VAT / hour (weekdays and weekends)
* If we fail to fix your problem then we don't charge you a penny.
* There's no callout fee.

We offer a professional service at highly competitive rates. Although or services are based on an hourly rate, we don't expect you to have an open chequebook. So, before starting we'll estimate how long the job will take and quote a price based on that. If the job takes longer then the quote stays the same; If we finish quicker than anticipated then we'll reduce the quoted price accordingly!

* Basic PC installation: 1 hour - £25
* Re-install Windows OS: 1-1½ hours - £25-£40
* Setup broadband: 1 hour - £25
* Install 2 PC wireless network: 1-1½ hours - £25-£40
* PC Hard drive installation: 1 hour - £25
* Virus scan and/or spyware removal: 1-1½ hours - £25-£40
* Memory upgrade: 1 hour - £25
* Data recovery and/or back-up: 1-2 hours - £25-£50

Note: The hourly rate does not include parts. These are sold separately should you require them.
