Technomagic Ltd is a small company of highly experienced staff who have gained their experience through contracting for large blue-chip companies such as IBM, American Express, Philips Telecom and Chase Manhatten to name a few. With combined experience of over 30 years (the Director has over 23 years on his own!) there isn't much we don't know about computers.

We now provide computer support services to Private Individuals and Small Businesses.

We've found that the main complaint from people who have used computer services in the past is cost. Although a PC specialist will specify an hourly rate, they don't generally guarantee how long a job will take. You're therefore effectively writing them a blank cheque and if a job drags on then the liability is on you!!

We don't think that's fair. No other business expects you to employ someone to do a job without knowing how much it's going to cost up front. So.....

This is based on our very competitive hourly rate of £25 (most others charge £40+). However, if the job finishes sooner than...

We will reduce the cost appropriately!

We think this is fair! Why should you shoulder the uncertainty in a field you know little about.
